The Brentwood Fire Department is accepting applications and resumes for an immediate Firefighter/EMT or Firefighter/AEMT position. Paramedic preferred.
Firefighter/EMT Annual Salary – $45,864.00 and $48,157.20 upon completion of probation
Firefighter/AEMT Annual Salary – $50,450.40 and $52,743.60 upon completion of probation
Firefighter/Paramedic Annual Salary – $55,036.80 and $57,330.00 upon completion of probation

The Town of Brentwood is a friendly, rural community located 20 minutes from New Hampshire's beautiful seacoast, with a population of about 5,000. The town is home to Rockingham County facilities and closely located to New England Dragway.
The Brentwood Fire Department is a combination department made up of 4 full-time firefighters, 6 part-time firefighters and 19 call members. We respond to about 1,000 calls a year and are growing. We are operating on a 24-hour schedule, where you will work with both the part-time personnel and the on-call staff on a daily basis.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Pro board or IFSAC Firefighter 2;
Nationally registered as an Emergency Medical Technician (Advanced EMT or Paramedic preferred);
Current Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) or a lateral transfer as required by the State of NH;
Must be able to pass a criminal and driving background check;
Successful completion of an NFPA 1582 pre-employment physical
