Tuesday Evenings 6:30-7:45pm
The class is designed to strengthen and stretch the body, improve balance, flexibility, and focus. Each week you will learn breathing and relaxation techniques to use throughout your daily activities. The breathing gets the body ready to move, the movement prepares the body to relax and the relaxation allows the mind to focus on meditation. The relaxation at the end of class is followed by a head and neck massage. You will feel rejuvenated, strong, and refreshed. All levels of ability are welcome and prior yoga experience is not necessary. Each time you come to your mat you are a beginner!
