Zumba Classes

Zumba® is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness cardio based workout that with incorporated sculpting exercises tones the entire body top to bottom. Zumba® takes you on an international journey through dance and rhythms including Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, Cumbia and much more.  You will have so much fun listening to the music, doing the steps and moving your body you will forget you are exercising.  Zumba® is great for the mind, body and soul!

Instructor Julie Dolliver is Zumba® and Zumba® Gold Certified and soon to be Zumba® Toning Certified.  She also holds a Personal Trainer Certification and Group Fitness Certification through AFAA and is CPR certified.

Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers (older worn sneakers work best).  Bring water!
