Yoga Class
Tuesday evenings   6:30 to 7:45 PM
Brentwood Recreation Center
All-levels yoga classes, taught by Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor, Wilhelmina Bradley, RYT.
Six weeks for $48 or $10 drop-in

These will be yoga classes for anyone who has already experienced yoga, as well as for someone who would like to try yoga for the first time. Bring a yoga mat if you have one and a long belt to help make stretching easier. Dress in comfortable clothing for this hour-and-fifteen minute class to enjoy the benefits of yoga for strength, flexibility, and for stress-reduction in your life. 

Mohegan Sun Trip

The trip will depart from the Brentwood Community Center parking lot on Route 125
at 7:30am and return by 7:30pm

$35.00 per person
Trip includes coffee & donuts on the way down,

buffet lunch, $15 bet, water and snack on the way home.

Worry free transportation in a deluxe coach

Sign-Up in the Recreation Office.

 

Boston Flower Show

& “Odyssey” Luncheon Cruise

Saturday March 27th

Experience Boston in Full bloom….

The Day includes:

Deluxe Motorcoach Transportation, Admission to show, Odyssey Lunch Cruise, Entertainment,

Harbor Narration, and gratuities

Tour Cost: $105 per person

Adult Volleyball

Our Adult pick-up volleyball program will be on Monday evenings at 7:30pm beginning Jan. 4th and running through March 29th * .  We will be playing at the Swasey School gym. Registration is FREE.  If you are interested in joining us, please call or email the Recreation Office with your name so I can create a list of participants.  I am also looking for someone who would be interested in volunteering to oversee set up and breakdown of the equipment each Monday night. If you might be interested in helping with that, please let me know.

*(There will be no Volleyball on the days the school is not open)

 

New Class!

Tang Soo Do Classes

Tang Soo Do is a Korean Martial Art that emphasizes whole body self defense, self discipline and physical training. It is a true Martial Art combining both hard and soft techniques. Classes are taught by Retired Law Enforcement officer Bob Meegan. He is currently 3rd degree Black Belt with the World Tang Soo Do Association.

Classes are available Monday and Friday 6:30-8:00pm

at the Brentwood Community Center

 Enrollment is continual, so you may begin at any point.

Cost: $50/single per month

           $90/family per month (2 or more)

 Men’s Basketball

Men’s 30+ Pick-up Basketball program on Thursday evenings beginning December 3rd from 7:30-9:00pm at the Phillips Exeter Academy gym in Exeter. Cost is $10/night or $80 for the 12 week program. Registration forms are available at the Recreation Office or on our website.

Our group meets at the Brentwood Community Center on Route 125 Monday evenings for a fun, casual,
evening of cribbage playing. If you would like to join us or just want more information, please contact:
