  • Assessment Data Collection

Posted on Mon, Aug 18 at 11:39am

As required by NH Dept. of Revenue, each NH municipality over a five year cycle is required to ensure compliance with applicable statutes and rules in the context of the Assessing Standards Board's Guidelines on Assessing Practices.  In conjuction with Brentwood's 5 year review, our full revaluation is due in 2015.  We do have a team of three assessors, Jim Michaud, Steve Hannan, and Rick Brideau, that have begun data collection.  For your peace of mind, Jim, Steve, and Rick have a photo ID available for you and we have sent information about their vehicles to our police department.  We appreciate the cooperation of any Town resident that may be contacted by them.
