FF I, II, or III relates to the amount of training and State certification received by a fire fighter.
FF III being the most amount of training.
FR First Responder is qualified to work on the ambulance with basic skills.
EMT Emergency Medical Technician, qualified to use most skills needed on the ambulance
EMT-I intravenous trained, qualified to inject some drugs.
Paramedic most highly trained medical personnel, qualified to use all skills and inject all drugs used on the ambulance.
