The Brentwood Community Center often referred to simply as the BCC, is located at 190 Route 125. The building was finished in the Spring of 2007 and has become a popular place for wedding receptions, birthday parties, meetings, and large community events. The Main Floor offers a very accomodating kitchen, complete with two large refrigerators, microwaves, two industrial size ovens, as well as dishes and utensils. There are two bathrooms and a closet that holds tables and chairs available for use. The light-green room is surrounded by large windows, making it an ideal spot for bright, sunny celebrations.  In case of glare from the sun, the windows are equipped with shades. The basement is finished with white walls, a dark painted cement floor, one bathroom and windows along one wall. It is often used for meetings, as well as in conjunction with the Main Floor for larger events. This building is air-conditioned. Capacity for each floor is 129 for functions, 278 for general assembly.

The Recreation Fields include Olsen Field, used by the Exeter Junior Baseball League in the Spring and Summer; the Girls Softball Field; and the Babe Ruth Baseball Field. Soccer is played on some of the grass fields, and we would like to design the open field in the back of the Rec Area for use as additional baseball and soccer fields. All fields are available as well for other public and private use.

Castonguay Pavilion offers 10 picnic tables, has electrical outlets for use, and grills are located nearby. This spot is popular for family and company cookouts in the warmer months, is used regularly throughout the year by the Bowhunters (you'll notice their targets set up in the adjoining field), and a beautiful wedding ceremony has even taken place here.

The Community Playground of Brentwood is located near the back parking lot, to the side of the girls' softball field.  It was installed in July 2008, and our community members worked very hard for a year to raise the money and volunteer effort that it took to complete the project.  It currently has equipment that is recommended for age 6 and above, but Phase 2 of the project will include equipment that is suitable for children 5 and under, as well as a shaded Pavilion neighboring the playground.  We still need to raise money for Phase 2, so if you're interested in helping out, please see our Volunteer section or call the office.
